A 20 x 20 area should be plenty of room for a standard bouncer. Other units will require a bigger area. The area should be level, free of rocks and sticks etc. Any sprinkler system should be shut off.

We set up the bouncer and take it down when we come to pick it up. We ask that if you are done with the unit prior to us arriving and wish to shut down the blower that you leave the unit plugged in. We must inflate the unit before it is removed so that we can inspect and do a preliminary cleaning of the bouncer.

If local weather is calling for high winds or rain on the day of your reserved bouncer both you and CT Inflatable’s will discuss and decide prior to the bouncer being delivered. If we decide that the bouncer will not be delivered based on the weather your deposit will be refunded or your rental can be changed to another date (your choice). No refunds will be given if the bouncer has been set up or the truck has left the shop in route to deliver it.

Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the home owner to pick up and set up the unit, we do not feel that it is a good idea. Our staff will evaluate the site and ensure that all the connections between the blower and the unit are correct. They will also insure that the unit is secured to the ground correctly.

Are there rules or restrictions on deliveries and set up locations?

If your location has a steep incline or a large hill there may be an extra charge unless you provide the extra man power. It is your responsibility to inform us of any steep inclines at the time the reservation is made. We will not allow our delivery crew to set up in any location that is not listed on your rental agreement or any location that the crew deems unsafe for your rental or the physical safety of the delivery crew and equipment.
